Konica minolta FS 114 finisher jamming in sort and group mode

I have ran into a problem with these finishers and can't find an answer. In the sort and group modes some times the documents don't come all the way out or are kick out crooked, causing paper jams. We have cleaned every roller in the finisher with litte change. If you have a fix for this please let me know. I can't be the only one having this issue. Thanks for your help.

What is the main body machine? never heard of a fs-114.

It's the finisher thats on the 7222,7228,7235 and the 7145.

What jam codes appear on mgmt list ??

We have had good luck cleaning the shafts that the 2 one ways are on and a single drop of tri-flow applied to the one ways.

They are located behind the green knobs.

agreed. the jam knobs in the finisher have some one-way bearings on them. clean and scrub the shafts.
