,On the control panel it sez to replace the staples in which ever stapler I install the
cartridge.
On the computer screen it gives a message that the needle is missing.
I'm told that the needle is a small black piece of plastic that feeds or
helps to feed the staples. I has to be in the cartridge that holds the
staples, because the messages follow that cartridge. That cartridge is not
completely empty. There is a slab of staples about 2.5 inches long.
Is this a normal "out of staples" condition?
I was not able to find the needle or where the needle goes.
Will I have to replace the cartridge that holds the staples?
According to the parts manual it is supposed to be replaced every 5K staples?
Each roll of staples is only 5K.
The book also sez it is not handled as a part. How do I get one or two of these
items?
What is really happening with this?
