KMC450 touch screen

I have a C450 in the field that after turning the machine off for the night, you have to recalibrate the touch screen.....is there a battery or memory of some sort that could be causing this? After calibrating it works fine until machine is turned off.

nope. humidity can cause the panel to fail and you have to replace it.
