New developer in a Konica 4155

I am posting this for my service manager who is doing this repair as a favor for an old customer. He said the drum looks good but the copies were light. He changed the developer and had great copies for about a day, then they went light. He could not find the adjustments and we do not have any manuals that old. Can someone tell me the developer initialization procedure for this old box?

Send me an email and I'll send you a free copy of the parts and service manual.

There is no developer initialization. There is a sensor in the drum unit beneath the drum. My guess is that the toner motor is bad. As best as I can recall, 47-01 runs the toner motor.

and 47-91 resets the dev counter.
