    Konica Minolta C6500 c-3501 error code

    Can somebody tell me what is that code means, and how to fix it. Thank you

    Fuser high temp error, will have to unlatched in softswitches to clear error 1st. Check normal things, temp sensors, etc...

      checked everything seems to be alright, how do I get to service mode to clear the error? lost a copy of the service manual

        Need to go into system settings, softswitches and turn 3-1 to a 0

            9 years later lol. I just got this error code, I understand i need to reset the soft switch but how did you guys actually get into the admin menu - i have this error code on the main display with the 1-800 service number and the buttons do not work to enter into the admin mode.
