how do u allow scan to multiple users from the display panel?? thanks

No setting that I can find...My MFP is at Phase 3.0 and all 1 touches in the "Address Book" are able to be selected at the same time. You may want to update to phase 3 and veryify that the 1 touches are in the "Address Book" and not "Programmed" or "Group" addresses. I even tried restricting fax broadcasting and it doesn't restrict the email 1 touches.
