    bizhub C35 jam from tray 2

    Hi!

    I have an C-35 that jam's in the tray all the time.
    The machine has only taken 7600 prints.
    I have tried to clean rollers and the clutch.
    Have any of you had this problem, and is it at bulletin on this?

          I have tried to do this but it didn't help.
          Any other ideas?

              Numerous problems with this box. There is new firmware for the C35 which fixes most problems. Not sure if jamming is one of them though.
