Di5510 jams at drum

Hi
I have a Di5510 that is jamming under the drum when duplexing.J21-2 and J31-2. The paper is fine on first pass under drum, second pass paper will follow drum and curl over. I have replaced sep. wires, erase lamp and tried adjusting transfer voltage. Any suggestions are appreciated, and if it is something simple that I have missed you can make fun of me.haha

have you checked drum sep. claws/springs and solenoid?

what paper are they using? if it is cheap paper it can cause this fault
