    [Error Code] BH C200

    Hi all,
    after change transfer belt i have this error code: p-21
    My assistance tell me that was nothing...but i want to solve and delete this error. Someone can tell me how to solve ?
    The machine had 120000 copy and two years old.

      did you clean the image density control sensors before inserting the new transfer belt ?

      If not thats where i would start, and check the PH units are clean and all IUS are performing satisfactorily.

              For now I had to calibrate the image density from the technical menu.
              I will ask as soon as possible if I did as you suggested.
