Konica BizhubC353 wont print color with new 64 bit machine?

I have hooked up a new computer and loaded the driver for bizhub c353 for Windows 64 bit.

Customer can print in Black and white but not color . He was able to print in color with his old machine automatically.

Is there anything else that needs to be done to be able to print in color ?

2 others in same office can print in color but not new machine?

Any insight would be much appreciated.

where did you get the driver from ?

I always download the drivers from the KM website.

I dont recall but that model may have a minimum firmware level requirement for certain driver versions which may also be an issue.

On KM site is available a special driver called "mono color" that looks like the normal driver but in the quality tab the user can't select color mode, only B/W. My guess is that probably this is the driver in use on that pc. If not try using the universal driver. Last thing, I assume that the bh has only the standard controller and not a Fiery on the back..
