I cant print , scan stop responding in BH352

Dear all

I cant print , scan ,but I can copy . When I send any job from computer to the bizhub C352 the data light in the machine starts blinking but no paper out and also the job not appear in the job list . and I cannot access the utility / counter menu when I press the utility / counter button no thing happened.

NOTE:- 1- I can ping to the machine IP address .
2- Trouble resetting did nothing

After restarting the machine several time sometimes 9 times I can then do printing , scanning and access the utility / counter menu.

How can i install the firmware , i dont have compact flash.
is there is any other way

while the machine cant( print and log in to utility\counter menu ) I tried to delete the printer driver and install it again – now the machine can print and do every thing
then if I switch it off again I cant print until I delete and install the printer driver again.
Note : the machine is connected to 3 computer and if i delete the printer driver and install from each one of them I can print.
