[Jamming] 9901 Jam code and deleting job C280

Hi I have a C280 that will show a jam, then delete the Job and state deleted due to malfunction in the job logs. In the jam codes it states 9901 controller Jam.

Firmware done.
All connectors taken off boards and re-seated.
All rollers cleaned

Any help appreciated.

I would take a look at the drivers. Does it happen all the time? Tech support says it is a Transparency jam. So Me thinks there is a service manual update somewhere.
