Hello everyone, I have a client with a KM Di470 that is displaying Error Code C-0F24 I work on the Ricoh line of machines so I am unsure where to start look for the source of the problem. Thank you in advance for any help.

COF24 is an AIDC code. The AIDC sensor is under the drum and is likely dirty. Remove drum unit, remove drum and wipe sensor. If there is a pile of toner you will probably have to replace the anti-spill blade
