    Bizhub pro 6501

    Hi
    i have bizhubpro c 6501 showing error code c-0305.tried to reset the code dipsw 3-1.code still persists.any solution to this problem.
    please assist.

      Have you checked the fan motor that this code refers to? (M36) Not sure why you are thinking Dip SW 3-1 is going to solve your problem...this is only for fuser related codes.
