Is there a Bizhub Model C3250? Had a person call in with a error code of C-2152. But I can't find the model. Don't think they gave the right model

No such model, their is a C 253, c250,c353, must have gave wrong number, the 2152 is the transfer belt retraction sensor

Thanks, I call the customer and got the right information. I have the c350 service manuals but not the c250 if there is a difference in manuals. I work on Sharps mainly. But have done some work on Bizhubs. Again thanks

Lots. Although they're similar in design, they're more different than alike.
