BH 250 key counter

HI!
I installed an external counter on a bizhub 250.
works well when copy, when the machine print from pc, the external counter don't work!
someone knows the solution?? please...

I've only ever used the key counter port for copy control. dont think it can even do what your trying to do.

for print job control and monitoring I've used vendor mode ports but with additional hardware.

I've used the black connector on the right side of the scanner unit whit cartadis tc11n..
Work well for copy mode but for print job don't work.. The machine print whitout card..
Why?

Try this setting ...

Soft SW 481 Bit 0
0 : no print accounting (default)
1 : PC prints are accounted

Note: When print accounting is enabled, the MFP accepts only “secure” print jobs. Normal print jobs are deleted on the MFP.
