    Please see the attach. Can anyone tell me what is causing the copies to look like the attachment.

      blank print or dirty print ? the dirty is t.belt mark ? A4 Landscape or portailt ?

        Looks like you are copying the DF belt. Put some 11x17 paper on the glass and try again.

          Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
