Error code J32-02

I need help with a J32-02 from a Konica 7155. I have done everything and it still doing it. Any inout will be greatly appreciated.

What exactly have you done to try to clear it? Are you a tech? Do you have the manuals and have you followed the troubleshooter? Have you used the search on this forum for this code?

I switched the fusing unit with a working one, I changed the ADU board. One thing I notice is that the solenoid switch that opens up the exit gate does not come on, the paper stops while going down the duplex and that is why I thought that the ADU board was faulty. Yes I have the 2009 updated manual for this machine and I have followed the troubleshooting steps and it is still doing it.

Does the fault happen when doing copies from the glass and via the Doc feeder? What about the internal test prints.

It does it for everything even face up copies.

A face up copy does not go into the turn around area so you need to find out why it is! Is the return spring fitted to the guide?
