Bizhub 1050 No Connection to the Boxes

We have 3 machines bizhub 1050, with controller 20-CNA0.

I created boxes in Public Folders on each of it and stored some scanned documents.
I was started internal ftp servers on maschines and machines pings successfully.

I am trying to connect to the boxes on the machines
with PC (windows XP) in the same subnet on the same switch with different kind of applications:

1. PageScope Box Operator 3.0 and above;
2. ScanTrip 2.2.0
3. ScanDirectPro 3.422
4. Dispatcher 1.4
5. Twain Drivers 2.0 and 2.1

but no success.

"Problem in connecting the device" (Box Operator) or "Can not connect to server"(Twain) or Connect ReturnCode:0x00002eee (ScanDirect)

I tryed to change connection ports of the programs from 59198 to API Ports 50001
but no success too.

Can you suggest me any solution of the problem?

If you type in the ip address of copier into internet explorer what happens?
Are you using the machine nic or the external controllers nic?

Thank you for your attention Mr Spock. I am using controller nic. Web connections are working without problems. With machine nic I am opening web utilities. but it only has box edit not save the files.

I have solved my problem. It was found that the boxes have to have passwords.
