I'm working on a Biz501 that keeps showing a misfeed(j1311) in the lct everytime it wakes up from sleep mode. The customer doesn't even load that tray with paper and it still does it. I've replaced the sensors with no luck. What stupid thing am I missing?

I think there is a firmware update for sleep issues, I'd make sure it is current and go from there. -
Some of our 501s are giving intermittent J1311 jams,
I have searched the firmware looking for any mention of this in the notes, never thought about power save mode.
