C252 - Copies ok prints dark

Hi all,

Got an issue on c252 that when prints are produced they come out really dark to the extend that reds come out a more brown colour then red. If you are to do the same as a copy the reds are OK.

Driver installed is the lastest PS driver no driver brightness settings...etc have been adjusted, firmware is all up to date on the machine.

Any suggestions will be appriciated

you can trying to print with pcl printer driver.

Have you calibrated color for 'print'?

I had the same problem with one a while back and had to load a special firmware.

I cant remember, it was so long ago. I tried to find it this morning, but so far no luck. I'll keep looking and let you know.
