BH501 secure print jobs deleted due to error

When the customer sends a secure print job to this machine, the job is immediately deleted instead of saving to the HDD. The save job history shows a login error. Any idea what could cause this?

Are they using account track or user authentication login codes? These would still need to be there if they are.

No, they're not using any type of authentication. They have a second BH501 in the office with the same configuration, and that one works fine.
