Bizhub c500 46-25 error any ideas

Ok this machine is an Ikon c500 which is a relabeled bizhub, it is getting this code every time it starts up to do shading, someone has already replaced the lamp and inverter pwb and now it's my problem. Found a post on Minoltas site that says to replace the ccd but I'm not feeling overwhelmed with confidence by this idea, has anyone else had this problem or have any suggestions.

we have the same code going on here today and at a total loss
it kills the machine dead even in 36 mode
we have some spare parts machines and I have switched out all the parts indicated in the manual as possible causes to no avail

going to try the power supply boards next simply because those are the only things left that I haven't changed out

The CCD fixed my problem.

it ended up being the ribbon cable to the CCD
