BizHub 601 freezes randomly

[PanaTech]

I havea customer who has a BH-601 with finisher and large feeder, and the machine just freezes out of no where. It doesn't matter if it is printing or just idling.


It has hard drive, fax option, finisher, and large feeder.


any ideas?

If the sensor that reads the drum patch gets dirty it can make the machine get stuck.

If it hangs on "please wait" it's the gamma sensor dirty or faulty
