Have a DI470 that is coming up with error code C-0210.
First had this pop up a couple moths ago, unplugged the machine waited an hour or so and it went away. Several 1000 copies later it popped up again today. Tried unplugging it to reset whatever the problem is and the error message arrived as soon as it powered up. Thought this may have something to do with it being in a rather humid room (last time I ran a bunch of copies they all came out curled). Ran the dehumidifier for a couple hours with the unit unplugged. Plugged it back in. It warmed up and did not immeadiately have the error code pop up so tried some copies. Before the first one got all the way out of the machine the error code decided to make itself known again.
Manually pulled the paper all the way out and at a loss as to how to proceed since no suggestion is made on the panel as to what C-0210 means. Did a search on here and find no mentions of this code for this machine, athough did find a pair of threads for this code on other KM units that refer to different things on each of them.
