    C252 bizhub

    Hi
    I have a c252 bizhub, it keeps asking for add tonner (black) even afetr a new tonner is added. and of recent it has stopped printing black colour. it has given me headche as it cant even move to stablerizing of the image mode.

    Please help

      Di you try check the contact (pin) of the toner chip ? sometime the contact dirty . Did you try other new toner unit , maybe the chip error .

        Please check conection betwen HV Unit and Black Imaging Unit.

          You should also check the toner supply motors for any malfuntion (maybe try to swap them?) or see if the toner chute is clogged with toner?

            Check in service mode "state confirmation"-> "level history". If black is less than 7-8% there is no toner in the hopper.
