I am working on a bizhub 200. When you power it on it displays konica minolta for 15 minutes. Then it comes up to ready. The display may or may not respond after it does. We have had storms and electrical outages this weekend. I can ping it but it will not print. It deletes its own jobs after 10 minutes with no error. Sometimes it shows an exclamation mark in the bottom of the display. Any ideas would be appreciated. roger

yep, sounds like hard drive. Remove it from machine, go into service and turn it off. See if machine boots ok. Then reinstall it and and format it!
