Right i am going to set up CSRC on C35!! does anyone know how to do it ? is it HTTP1 or email? and how do you get into the screen? I am a konica Tech!

As with anything else, practice makes perfect...I've got 1 dozen or so of these working. I'm a KM tech in clearwater, PM me if you want the setup intsructions, or as Mr Spock stated, us the tech web site SSD page..Vcare...set up by model. It is very touchy...case sensitive..any little detail omitted will result in a failure. There are several options
This is one:
Setting the http server
1. Select [Service Mode]→[CS Remote Care]→[Basic Setting]→[Web Server]
2. Input the server name of the CS Remote Care center, and touch [OK].
3. Select [Service Mode]→[CS Remote Care]→[WebDAV Settings], and make the settings of
communication with the server according to the network environment.Comment
