Having white line acorss the page, and print the test pattern page.Only Black has white line, So i change the drum and the transfer belt, still got the same problem, dont know what else to do. please help
If you've got white lines only in black and you replaced the transfer belt, then you've probably spent money on unneeded parts - so Minimerlin is right, you should call a tech. It would probably be cheaper already!
Nevertheless, if you changed drum and the white lines persist, you could have dirt on your laser optics - can you post a scan of the defect?

Call a tech
color is not 4 times harder
its many many times harder
and not end user friendly
or spend more money and replace the developer and charge coronna and the gizmotron and the whosiwhatsit

somehow, I feel a tad bit responsible for this post. hahahaha
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
Its toner of residue on the LED unit under the blk iu, there's a long piece of plastic in the top paper tray under a flap use that to wipe the LED. If this wont clean it you need to clean it with some white spirit by taking out the image unit and transfer belt you can then get to the LED assy easily.
