    [Misc] Konica Minolta C300 Waste toner bottle

    I have a C300 that is constantly asking for a new waste tone bottle every couple of days, we have replaced it twice but the box was not full. Any clues if someone has had the same problems...thanks

      Try update firmware.

              hi there had something similar in the past,1.check firmware..2..check recyle pipe is not clogged.also check you sensors in 47 mode

                  thank you I've already tried the latest firmware, also I'm certain there is no 47 mode , only tech rep, has anybody got any other suggestions....thanks a heap for looking !!
