    C253 envelopes

I have a customer with a C253 and when she feeds envelopes from the bypass they bump into the transfer belt and stop. The only way I can get them to feed with any consistency is to curl the lead edge a bit so it doesn't crumple in the transfer belt.( a solution but not a great one)
Has anyone had this problem and possibly know a solution?
    Thanks

    Hello,

You can try to ask the user to insert the flap of the envelope inside the envelope prior to printing. Hope this could help and it is still a pain to do if the customer have a lot of envolope.

I had this exact problem a couple of weeks ago on a C203, after a good couple of hours trying different things.
I went to a local Staples and bought some different envelopes and haven't heard back from the customer since.
