[Error Code] Konica minolta cf2002 - error code c0501

Konica minolta cf 2002 keeps giving an error code c0501, i can't get beyond this screen. Is there anything i can do to get beyond this screen to print?

fuser code. The reset is a pin hole behind the front door near the handle to pull the IU's out. Stick a paper clip in and when it goes to a service screen touch trouble reset. If it comes back, change the fuser.

Hi. Thank you for responding. When I put a paper clip in the hole all the screen says is close section properly. Then it says job completed improperly check the record. Any other idea's?
