    J13-1 on Tray 3 and J11-1 on Tray 1 on Konica 7155

I keep getting these codes (J13-01 for tray 3 and J11-01 for tray 1) and I have nothing in my service manual for these two codes, any help help will be greatly appreciated.

The rollers have one way brushing in them, clean them out and also look at the shafts where the brushing run, if they are polished, rough them up so they don't slip

Is there any way to clean the tiny little MC clutches used all over on this series ??

Could not see any way to disassemble them.

they come apart there is a little brown tab that you have to push to get them off the shafts and they are in 2 pieces or you can spray them out with electronic cleaner. since its an older model they will have to be changed eventually cleaning them might just buy some time

Maybe we are talking different clutches...? medium sized maybe. 2 of these are used on each paper feed assembly, the 7255 uses 2 for horizontal conveyance etc etc. Has white helical cut gear attached and clutch is held on shaft with large white clip.

            The 7155 # is 56AA82010 and laters are 011 & 012.

Can't strip those easily, spray them with solvent and use some folded paper or card to clean the internal surfaces, then clean with ipa.
