Hi i have just replace new drum kit for the machine bizhub 350. I also reset developer and drum counter on special parts before installing the kit. After doing the F8 the C255C code appear. What seems to be the problem? Thank you very much.

Did you replace the developer? If not, this is the problem.
If this code pops up. Usually I just leave it like that. I enter like lets say, 100 in ATDC level and that's it.
Be sure to run at least 50 sheets, and restart the copier. Just to be sure that C2557 will not comes up the next morning.Last edited by kalindd; 07-02-2011, 02:53 PM.Comment
