    fk-503 installation problem

    need help,just install the fk-503 on bizhub 350 machine,when try out,the fax won't dial and keep error E5DF57(E-MAIL), any step i missed out?

      set G3 fax as a default. You can change it in Admin 1 - TX Setting - Quality/Mode - Communication mode, then change it to G3 fax.

          Konica's are not intuitive (smart) they are built for and by engineers. Make sure you have the installation guide to be aware of each hoop you need to jump through.

              thanks Aleksander and Jr2alta,i found the error,it's because of set to G3 settings dat what Alek said.
