[Error Code] C-2555

Customer has fitted new yellow IU to fix this error. Worked ok for a week then error returned. Have reset but error keeps coming back. Any suggestions?

1st thing to check is the toner btl, make sure that there is toner in it & the "trap door" is opening correctly and alowing toner through to the IU.

There is yellow toner "tape" jamming, so the IU do not have any toner.

Found tape obstructing toner from yellow toner cartridge.
