Can this Microfilm Scanner be connected to any printer other than the MSP3500 or MSP3000 ? If so what type of cable /connection do you use? Thanks in advance for your input.

Re: MS7000 MKII Microfilm Scanner / Printer
I don't believe that it can be connected to any other printer directly. We usually hook them up to a pc for scanning functions, then send the pdf to any printer you have connected to the pc. I really hate the MSP3000 printer, and try to talk all of my customers away from it. It takes an extra click or two on the pc, but saves so much frustration by eliminating the 3000/3500 printers. -
Re: MS7000 MKII Microfilm Scanner / Printer
Thanks for the feed back, it's going to be installed tomorrow connected to a PC. It's been since 1983 that I had anything to do with Microfilm, I was lead tech for 3M in this area back then. I couldn't believe when I saw the size of this unit that it didn't have a built in printer!
And for all you folks who are thinking what does this have to do with copiers? I apologize for where I posted it, but I thought since it was a Minolta product I stood a better chance of getting a response here.
Once again thanks 907tec that was what I needed to hear.Online Store is closed. Chip resetting is a thing of the past! Thank you to all my past customers.
