601 with 1.5 million copies (just a baby right??) Getting 77-18 jams only when printing jobs stored in User Boxes. Customer send all invoices to 1 of 5 user boxes and pulls them when needed. All jobs are between 3 and 6 pages, all are stapled. There may be 50 at one time when they print them. I can run (and the customer backs this up) copy jobs all day with out a single issue. As soon as they start "draining the boxes" jams start. MFP is at ver 20. I have replaced feed assy, stacker entrance and enter sensors, foam rollers that guide paper into stacker and visualy inspected paper path for burs, nicks.etc. Going back with HDD as this is the only thing that is not common (meaning not used when copying). Any thoughts? No punch on this finisher either. Emujo
