Customer having this issue - recycling system on drum unit has long since broken but every few months we have to go in and hoover out the mechanism and this cleans up black marks. However on this occasion it hasnt - I have replaced the drum and blade, cleaned the charge corona unit but still the line doesnt go. I also notice there is a build up of toner on the image transfer roller - everytime I clean it but as soon as I copy again it returns.
Is this a sign that the ITR needs replaced, I am also thinking of doing a dev change as it definately isnt a drum/blade issue anymore (strangely I can take the drum unit out of the machine, turn it a few times and the visable black mark on the drum disappears!)
