If you are using the font management utility, make sure that you are using a valid font.

I would try updating your firmware before you mess with adding and removing fonts from the machine.

It's pc font mismatch machine's font...!!

try this one...

printer driver -> Printing Preferences -> Quality -> Font Setting -> Download Font Format (Choose Bitmap) & Don't Use Printer Font
then Apply those setting...

I'm guessing the issue is with PDFs. Try an nvram and HDD reset. Check to see if your additional memory is also picked up. If not replace the memory
