[Misc] scanning and printing problems

We are working on a Konica Minolta 421. When it is powered on and boots, you can scan two documents to any of the scan to file folders. After two it deletes the scan and gives a lost server connection message. You can power the machine off and on and two more will go. I have done a -t ping on both the servers and machine. The time is always good. Any ideas would be appreciated. roger

Sounds like a firmware upgrade might be needed to address this issue. Try that and let us know if there is still a problem.

Try replacing the Hard Drive.

If you have a harddrive, try a reformat first.
