Paper Types C500

Hello,

Was wondering if any body has any info on what Paper types Excl A to J, mean?
Looked in the user guide but no info.

Also is there a way to program a new custom size for the bypass tray so i dont have to keep entering it in, I tried the memory mode but it doesn't keep any bypass setting.

The Excl A-J are the programmable paper types, you should be able to set them up in the keyop area.
I've only done it once or twice so I can tell ya off the top of my head. It "should" be covered in the user guild. Maybe the admin guild.

thanks,didn't see it in the keyop area and its not really covered in the user guide..

Hmm... I wonder if you have to enable to dip switch so you can see it in key op on yours.

Yeah, right in the manual. It's a 25 mode soft switch setting.

thanks, this is my first konica machine i'm used to canon clc machine's so getting adjusted to this machine..

is there a place to download the admin guide, i really have no idea where the switch's are?

Switches would be listed in service manual.
Do you have a service login with K-M?

Yes. If you have K-M svc login, it can be dowloaded there.
