[Error Code] Bizhub C6501

[SCHWARZ]

Bizhub C6501 has error code C-4521. I have replaced PRCB board and PGC sensor, but the machine still C-4521. I was try color registration/manual, the result is error5.
How to resolve this problem??help me please....

You beter change COLOR REGIST ASSY.
I had same error.
And you must follow procedure from service manual when replacing part.

color regist assy was changed and followed procedure adjusment but machine still error code

Check the transfer belt ass'y, make sure belt is tracking straight,etc.

But first you said:

It is better to change whole assy then just sensor.
And if you changed PRCB you need to update firmware.
You must always follow necessary procedure when replaceing parts.

Try again that procedure first for PRCB then for sensor assy.

the problem has been resolved. there are short-circuit on PRCB fuse.
