Konica minolta bizhub C351 error code C9401

Hi
I'm working on a konica minolta C351 bizhub with an error code C9401 which came up after I fixed an error code C2255 that turned out to be a jamed iu unit . Is this connected to the first problem ? The exposure lamp was working and now it's not . Any help would be appreciated .

1 Check the flat cable for proper connection and
correct or change as necessary.

Thank you for that information . Before I start with those steps I have a further question . Even though the exposure lamp is not turning on shouldn't the lamp bar not do it's little movement cycle indicating it at least has power coming to it .
