DIPSW 3-1 set to 0.
The only thing is, you should have the fusing unit inspected by a tehnician (or by you, if you are one, I don't know, sorry) - there might be something wrong there, or hopefully just dirty - a thermistor, a sensor, something...I don't help end-users. Hate me, give me bad reputation, I don't give a rat's a**. Pay a tehnician to solve your problem! We have to live too! What do you do when something hurts? Do you go to a doctor, or do you search it on google/ forums?Comment

Thanks, Trusted Tech. These settings were not easy for me to find. I am a tech, but this one I'm not familiar. The manufacturer's tech support dept told me they did not know because the printer model is so old and they don't have the info.

Hey empiru, Yup...That is what they told me. I think they just wanted to get a booking for one of their own authorized techs, or the phone tech was too new and just out of training and did not want to escalate the question to a higher tech. Who knows, but, thank you very much for the answer!Comment
