It is a fuser warmup error.

Reset it! Right side of machine, next to ethernet port is a small lil cover that slides down. There you will see a spot for CF card and next to that a small black dot. Push that!!! Then enter all 00000000's on the screen hit end. then touch TROUBLE RESET, machine will reboot. Let machine sit for a few minutes until it comes to "ready to copy" If this happens go ahead and use it, But if your building catches on fire your on your own
