i have the konica minolta bizhub 223. this copier is connected in my domain LAN with windows server 2003, i have set mail settings on the copier and i have set over the page scope web connection option the total conter notification settings. my copier send the report total counter to me, but the copier cannot send report for example JAM, replace toner etc. i go to in option status notification settings but i need to put ip address not e-mail and choose:
Replenish Paper Tray
JAM
PM Call
Replace Staples
Replenish Toner
Finisher Tray Full etc.
the copier doesn't send this report. what i do?
