hello fellow techs i posted this ? before but did not specified on machine just installed a konica c 350 to a mac but the driver installed is not giving me the option of printing on 11by 17 has anybody experience this before or would anyone have any sugestion ?

As I said before, can't you find a "Custom size" option there?I don't help end-users. Hate me, give me bad reputation, I don't give a rat's a**. Pay a tehnician to solve your problem! We have to live too! What do you do when something hurts? Do you go to a doctor, or do you search it on google/ forums?
