J have problem with mashines DI 2510. After power on - abort code 0x011001e and restart.

service manual talk about problems with PWB3. J checked all contacts on PWB3 and nothing

Any suegestion?

Does you machine has an HDD?

Find in tech rep and turn HDD off..

Done it before on ineo 250

Might not be too helpful, but the only time I've seen an abort code on a black and white KM machine (at least abort codes that aren't tech-induced), is when there's a corrupt print job in someone's queue. Try unplugging the network cable then powering it on to see if it will keep throwing the abort code.

I was at the customer today and I tried to disconnect all the options in the copier. At the moment the printer does not abort code only shows the startup screen displays the time

Did you tre refresh the firmware ?
