    Kinoca Minolta C353 100% Memory

    Hello,

I am getting a message on the display screen that memory is 100% full. We have been scanning large files onto a network shared folder on a server. Can anyone tell me how to clear or reset the memory?

    Thank you!

On the display it counts down from 100 to 0. So 100 is available. Are you having any problems?

Actually, we are getting an error. When we scan 1 page, it scans fine and I can see it in the shared network folder. BUT When we scan large documents, it gives an error "Server disk full" in the log. Is there any way I can fix this?

You should call in a technician on this one.
I don't help end-users. Hate me, give me bad reputation, I don't give a rat's a**. Pay a tehnician to solve your problem! We have to live too! What do you do when something hurts? Do you go to a doctor, or do you search it on google/ forums?

Hi I've seen this a few times before and it can be either an issue with the network or the machine. If its the machine there is firmware that should (but not always) fix it. If its the network i'm afraid i dont know my customers I.T dept fixed it something with size of scans allowed through the netork i think.
